Telegram is a cloud-based messaging application recognized for its security, speed, and user-friendly interface, making it an ideal solution for businesses seeking efficient communication and collaboration solutions. With PaaSoo's integration of the Telegram API, businesses can improve their multi-channel communication strategies and engage with customers more effectively using the single platform or API provided by PaaSoo.
Please note that while we provide access to the Telegram for Business Service through the integration of the Telegram open API with our messaging platform, we are not an official reseller or solution provider for Telegram for Business and the service provided is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.
Your use of Telegram for Business Service is subject to your compliance with these Services Specific Terms and Conditions:
Use of the Services
Your use of the Service is governed by all terms and conditions set forth by Telegram, including but not limited to their Terms of Service (https://telegram.org/tos), API Terms of Service (https://core.telegram.org/api/terms), Privacy Policy (https://telegram.org/privacy?setln=fa) and any additional guidelines provided by Telegram (such as: https://core.telegram.org/bots). These terms and conditions may be updated by Telegram from time to time and are herein collectively referred to as the "Service Terms."
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam or scam users.
- Promote violence on publicly viewable Telegram channels, bots, etc.
- Post illegal pornographic content on publicly viewable Telegram channels, bots, etc.
You undertake to comply with the Service Terms as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Service. Failure to comply with the Telegram Terms of Service may result in a temporary or a permanent ban from Telegram or some of its services.
You are solely responsible for all actions, content, or materials transmitted through the use of the Service. PaaSoo shall not be held responsible for any misuse, infringement, or violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights arising from your use of the Service. You shall indemnify and hold PaaSoo harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service.
